DecisionGuard Data Processing Agreement

The DecisionGuard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) sets out the terms under which DecisionGuard processes personal data on behalf of customers in accordance with GDPR Article 28. It covers the subject matter and duration of processing, the nature and purpose of processing, the type of personal data and categories of data subjects, and the obligations and rights of both parties.
